Before production, the existing surface floor will be swept and washed with pressure washing machines then a minimum of 3cm thick leveling process will be made.(1m³ washed and screened sand + 500kg cement + 0,290m³ water) This leveling layer will be cleaned after production made. Terrazzo tiles should not go under +5º C for 48 hours after the application made.

In the mortar process, materials will be TS EN 197-1 Portland Cement, TS 706 EN 12620/ AC, TS2717 EN 13139 washed and screened natural sand, TS 266 clean and purified from hazardous element water mix. Then prepared mix will be mixed in a vertical concrete mixer. the resulting lightly moistured mix(300-350 dose) will paste on a predefined surface minimum of 2,5cm maximum 4cm.(corrections will be made with a trowel) In this process the mixture of cement-water will be poured over the surface and adjusted with a trowel.

Stairs will be placed with rubber mallets, over the floor mortar, giving at 2mm slope at most from nose corner. If 2 stairs will be placed adjacent 3mm suture will be used respect to slope and level. The installed stair surface will be cleaned with wet fabrics and suitable brushes from cement residues. With weather conditions suitability installed products should be wet and covered with membrane for 4 days to be cured.

After installation to get moisture away wait for 2 to 4 days (dependent on the weather conditions). Stairs intersection between riser and trouts gap will be filled with the compatible color of grout. After process residue of grout should be cleaned immediately. Floors with grouting process done should be covered with membrane and protected until delivery. After installment successfully completed and necessary waiting process done stair surfaces should be cleaned with soft soap and water.
